Gamla Blanco was produced from a remarkable blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Canelli, all grown in the Golan Heights. The tropical and bit herbaceous notes of the Sauvignon Blanc intermingle with the floral and grapey characters of the Muscat Canelli, coming together to produce something else, unique, attractive and new. Enjoy this wine with any of numerous more delicately flavored foods, such as fresh ceviche, roast chicken or a good gazpacho. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 7-10° C.
