Wine Production: The grapes for this wine were harvested in late September to early October. The wine was transferred to two to three year old French and American oak barrels, where it matured for around a year. This high quality wine has undergone the minimum level of filtration to preserve as much of its character as possible.
Tasting Notes: The Dalton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, rich and well balanced wine. It has aromas of forest fruits such as currants, berries and mint, which complement the subtle vanilla taste of French oak.
