Wine Production: Rosé is a reddish wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Barbera. The red grapes were brought to the winery at the end of the summer.

Tasting notes: The wine is semi-dry with olfactory hints of rose petals, strawberries and fresh plums. The taste is very balanced, the slight acidity brings out the fruit flavor even more.
