Recommending a perfect wine with food has long been celebrated. But here it's the other way around: it's about suitable, uncomplicated and tasty little things to go with the wine and about increasing the enjoyment of wine. Two self-confessed connoisseurs teamed up for this book: Bettina Matthaei has a keen sense of spices, which allows her to continually find new, exciting flavor combinations. Dagmar Ehrlich is an experienced wine connoisseur, studied oenologist, sommelier and wine journalist. With ingredients and spices that are perfectly matched to the respective aromas of selected grape varieties, the two of them open up new worlds of enjoyment for you.
