Dalton Winery
Founded by Mat Haruni in 1993, this extremely modern winery is located in the Dalton Industrial Park in the Upper Galilee and has vineyards in Kerem Ben Zimra, as well as some high altitude ones on the border with Lebanon. Winemaker Na'ama Sorkin, trained in Australia and California, currently produces 6 different wine series.
The winery's first production in 1993 was around 50,000 bottles, while currently it is up to 800,000 bottles a year. This is expected to rise to around 1.5 million Daltons in the near future. It has made an excellent name for itself for high-quality wines, which also shine with a very good price-performance ratio.
