Hafner - Cashmere

Our Kashmir cuvée is vinified in the Bordeaux style, but has a distinctive and independent character thanks to a certain proportion of the Rösler and Rathay varieties. The wine is very round and full-bodied, although dry with only 1.4 g/l residual sugar.

Despite being stored in small oak barrels (barriques) for over 36 months, many primary fruity components are still present in the nose and on the palate. Good balance of fruit with ripe tannins and a beautiful, strong, long finish make this wine a great accompaniment to spicy meat dishes!
