Sparkling with a little of its own / natural carbon dioxide
Rogov score 87
Production:
The grapes were hand-picked at the peak of their ripeness in late September. The winemaker's intention was to produce a wine that was light, fruity and bubbly and low in alcohol. Slow, cold fermentation was encouraged, intended to preserve as much of the wine's aromatic nature as possible. When the alcohol content reached 5%, fermentation was stopped.
Taste:
Moscato is a sweet, refreshing and aromatic wine with a gentle effervescence on the palate; the wine shows traces of peaches, melons and nectarines. The winemaker found the perfect balance between aroma, sweetness and acidity.
Serving Suggestion: Moscato is a great sweet wine, a suitable companion for most desserts such as fresh fruits, cakes and puddings. The low alcohol content of Moscato makes it very suitable for Passover.

The grapes were picked in mid September once the grapes had fully ripened. Our intention was to make a low alcohol, light, fruity and effervescent wine. Once crushed and chilled the must was allowed to remain on skins overnight after which it was pressed out and the juice allowed to settle. Slow cold fermentation was encouraged to preserve as much of the aromatic nature of the wine as possible. Fermentation was stopped once the alcohol reached around 5%.
