beautiful fruit nuances of dried fruit, honey and almonds. Mild and soft but with a nice acidity and subtle malolactic notes on the palate. Very rich in extracts, round, velvety, creamy!

Ideal with all meat and fish dishes, but also pasta, chicken and strong, spicy dishes as a “red wine substitute”.
