Best served at 18ºC, it is an excellent complement to richly flavored meat dishes such as oven-roasted leg of lamb, seared sirloin steak or even aged, flavorful cheeses. The wine is ready to drink and will continue to develop over the next 5-7 years if stored properly.

Dark red in color, the wine presents seasoned characters of berry, crème de cassis, black pepper, earth and oak, with a full texture and a long and pleasing finish.
