Mixed with a little French Colombard and Viognier, slightly golden, generous sweetness and concentration, nicely offset by balancing acidity. Shows aromas of lemon and dried apricots, which seem slightly sweetened with honey, against a background of heather and spring flowers. Good intensity and length, will age beautifully. Without Kosher certificate.
