The Dalton 20th Anniversary Red is a collaboration between our old and new winemakers, the wine was vinified by our outgoing winemaker Naama Sorkin and assembled by newcomer Guy Eshel.

The illustrations on the bottles were drawn by award winning artist Gabriella Barouch. Gabriella has collaborated with Dalton in the past contributing to our Reserve series and we are thrilled to continue out work together. When placed side

The wine is concentrated and velvety. It will take some time to open and express itself revealing a complex nose of concentrated red fruit, berries, tobacco and subtle vanilla.

The red wine blends two of our most important varieties from our newest Elkosh Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The wine is rounded out by the addition of a little Grenache, Merlot and Mourvedre, from other sites in the Galilee, all of which were fermented separately and then allowed to age in premium barrels for 18 months.

The 20th Anniversary Red Wine is a limited edition of 13,300 bottles each bottle comes in an individual gift box
