This hand-made wine consists of the Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Sangiovese (50%) grape varieties, pressed as a “Special Reserve” and stored in barrels for 24 months.

We produced from grapes which grew in the vineyards of the Meron yishuv, from the choice vineyards of the world, which enjoy the special cold climate of the heights of the upper Galilee, a part of Israel which excells in growing. The Wine was produced with the speciale technology according to the family tradition of generations of winemaking from Bordeaux in France. 24 mouth aging period.
