Carmel - Private Collection Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot

A dry red wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merot grape varieties from the GALILEE wine-growing region. It has been stored in barrels for 12 months and goes ideal with dark meat and spicy cheese. The shelf life is approx. 3-4 years. The ideal drinking temperature is 16-18°C.
