Rogov score 89 Dalton Fumé Blanc was made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes, which were selectively hand-picked. It matured for 3-4 months in French oak barrels.
This is a classic fumé style wine. It is light, with mild acidity and combined with the fruity aroma of citrus and guava and a subtle, pleasant oak character. A great wine that goes well with many dishes, including grilled or baked fish.
