Recanati - Reserve Chardonnay

Lenny Recanati's passion for producing high-quality wines is rooted in his Italian ancestry. Israel's ripe soils and long growing season are the perfect conditions for Recanati to produce exquisite white wines. The grapes for this full-bodied Chardonnay come from a single vineyard in the northern Galilee and were hand-picked.

This Chardonnay was matured “sur lie”, which produces very intense and rich aromas and a robust body. The grapes come from a vineyard in Galilee. Aromas of flowers, grapefruit and tropical fruits are the harbingers of the wine, with notes of vanilla, butter and almonds.

Particularly recommended with fine salads, pasta with cream sauce, sea fish and smoked salmon.
