Binyamina - Chosen Aquamarine

Aquamarine has a strong black-ruby red color, intense aromas of blackberry, cassis, mint and vanilla. This is a complex, rich and full-bodied balanced wine that can be drunk immediately but will continue to develop in the bottle over the next 5-8 years. The structure and lively balance of the wine go ideally with hearty winter dishes such as beef bourguignon or grilled lamb ribs and full-bodied hard cheese.
