The Chosen: Is intended to commemorate biblical times, the peculiarity and jewelry of the high priests, whose bust shield was set with precious stones. Binyamina has created selected wines from special grapes that resemble gemstones. Here the diamond as “Diamond”

Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels

This mesmerizing wine features Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a touch of Petit Verdot and Syrah. Vineyards in the Upper Galilee regions each lend the best of their unique climate and soil characteristics to create the slow dance of flavors abounding in this wine. Meticulous winemaking and lengthy aging in the finest barrels combine to produce Binyamina's crown jewel.
