The Mount Hermon Indigo presents itself with aromatic notes of ripe plums and berries, rounded off by traces of spices and cocoa. This medium-bodied wine is pleasantly tasty and extremely drinkable.
Already absolutely ready to drink, the Mount Hermon Indigo should not lose any of its quality for around three years after the harvest. Try the wine with a juicy burger, a slice of thin hot pizza or a hearty moussaka.
First released in 2012, Mount Hermon Indigo is a combination of traditional French grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (also known as Shiraz), giving it a beautiful indigo color. The grapes all come from vineyards in the cool Golan Heights.
