Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in vineyards in the Golan Heights. The cool climate and altitude are what is unique about this region, which is reflected in the taste of the wine. The grapes were pressed relatively early, resulting in a wine that combines the classic character of a Cabernet Sauvignon with the lightness of a young red wine.
