Made entirely from Carignan grapes and aged in new 360 liter French oak barrels for 15 months. Intense dark garnet red, full-bodied, with strong, stable tannins. At first glance it's mainly spicy black fruits, which also bring in notes of mint and freshly plowed earth. At the same time concentrated and intense, but also warm and generous with fruits and tannins that come to the fore in the finish. Without Kosher certificate.
