Each wine in Dalton's Single Vineyard series encapsulates the nature of a site-specific micro cosmos: a soil, its landscape and the climate that shapes them. Tucked behind Dalton Mountain in Kerem Nadav, surrounded by the wild reserve of Birkat Kash. Two varieties — Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot — grow together in this single vineyard rooted on heavy basalt soil and continue to ferment together creating a unique expression of place.
