Wine Production: The grapes were picked and brought to the winery within minutes. There they were immediately crushed and transported to stainless steel containers for fermentation. After pressing, the wine was transferred to new American oak barrels, where it remained for about a year.
Tasting Notes: Dalton Shiraz is dark, almost black in color and has an intense taste of black fruit, plums, berries, licorice and peppery notes. The wine has gently integrated tannins and a long finish. Shiraz is a very concentrated wine with a long aging potential.
