The Gamla Nature Cabernet-Merlot presents itself with pleasant raspberry and cherry notes, which are rounded off with traces of spices, tobacco and orange blossom. Made from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, this wine combines fullness and drinkability. Although it is already wonderful to enjoy now, the Gamla Nature Cabernet-Merlot will continue to mature in the bottle for at least 5 more years from the time of harvest.
The Gamla Nature Cabernet-Merlot was obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, which were grown in the cold climate in the lofty heights of the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. Composed of equal parts Cabernet and Merlot, this wine has characteristics of both grape varieties. The wine was allowed to mature in small French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
