The wine is slightly sweet, well balanced with a refreshing acidity, while presenting rich fruit flavors and a refreshing finish.

The grapes are harvested in a nightly harvest and are immediately transferred to root destemming and to a soft crushing. The must is transferred to a natural overnight maceration in stainless steel tanks. After the must clarification, the liquid is fermented at a temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. At the end of the fermentation, the wine undergoes a series of racking and clarifications until the bottling stage.
