The wine underwent a long extraction of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc pomace from older vineyards in the Meron mountain region, slow, cold fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. Recommended drinking temperature: 15-18 degrees, storage at 6-13 degrees required.
