Dry red wine, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon vines;
Barrique aging for approx. 14 months;
the grapes grow in the Jerusalem-Bethlehem-Hebron region and the Ayalon Valley; intense ruby red color, moderate acidity, unusually low tannin character, as the barrel aging was carried out in old, used oak barrels; wide range of forest fruit aromas; what a classically developed Cabernet Sauvignon should be like, with an appealing tannin character that doesn't push itself forward; a really great wine!!!
Distributed by the Cremisan Monastery, the proceeds go to the school in Bethlehem.
