The Cave Old Vines is a unique wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a vineyard that was planted in Kerem Ben Zimra in the early 1980s. A cuvè made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Merlot 26%, Petit Verdot 4%. Professional care over the years has given the winery these old vines, which enabled the Cave Winery to produce this outstanding wine. The combination of the age of the vines, the optimal harvest time, meticulous processing processes and 24 months of aging in French oak barrels inside the cave resulted in an impressive wine that has at least a decade of aging potential.
