This very complex and special wine is a composition of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 4% Mourvedre and 3% Merlot. This is actually grown Great wine in the vineyards near Kerem Ben_Zimra in the Upper Galilee.
This wine is allowed to mature for 36 months in French and American oak barrels before it is carefully bottled. Its color is burgundy with a slight hint of black. And yet very balanced with a long-lasting finish.
