Galil Mountain - Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyards Misgav Am

Best served at 18ºC, it is an excellent complement to richly flavored meat dishes such as oven-roasted leg of lamb, seared sirloin steak or even aged, flavorful cheeses. The wine is ready to drink and will continue to develop over the next 5-7 years if stored properly.

Style: Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes grown in Misgav Am Vineyard, considered Israel's most northern vineyard. Located at the edge of the Ramim Ridge, the vineyard produces grapes of extraordinary quality. Dark red in color, the wine presents seasoned characters of berry, crème de cassis, black pepper, earth and oak, with a full texture and a long and pleasing finish. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 18 months

Serving Temperature: Best served at 18°C. Aging: Under proper conditions, the wine will age well for 5-7 years from time of harvest.
