Pure white wine made from Chardonnay grapes. After fermentation, it was aged in French oak for 6 months. This wine derives its elegant texture on the palate and its enjoyable, refined mineral acidity from its fermentation in barrels. Striking aromas of tropical fruit and peach. On the palate, notes of yellow apple and sweet pineapple. An excellent accompaniment to grilled fish, pasta with olive oil and sautéed vegetables. Serve very cool.
