The grapes were harvested by hand towards the end of August. Some of the grapes were placed in steel tanks to ripen, a small part was allowed to ripen in used barrels for 4 months.
This fruity, Mediterranean wine is very balanced and has aromas of guavas and citrus fruits.
This wine goes well with a variety of dishes, especially grilled or baked fish, but also goes very well with fried chicken.

WINEMAKING: The lot was hand picked in two stages during the month of August. The wine was fermented mainly in steel tanks with a small portion fermenting in second use barrels. The components were aged for four months before being blended and bottled.
TASTING NOTES: This fruit driven wine is most suited to the Mediterranean climate. The wine is well-balanced, light with soft acidity combining the fruity aromas of citrus and guava.
