Hamdany and Jandaly are independent Palestinian grape varieties that ripened in Shaffa, 15 kilometers southeast of Bethlehem at an altitude of around 800 meters. The grapes were harvested without machines, solely by hand; the use of herbicides was avoided. The wine with a strong green-yellow color, intense floral, breathes a combination of fresh citrus and mint notes, peach blossoms, banana and acacia. Moderate, balanced acidity.
Distributed by the Cremisan Monastery, the proceeds go to the school in Bethlehem.
