A select blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10% Syrah grapes. These grapes come from the ideal climate of the mountains of Judea, where the days are warm and the nights are cool. Carefully assembled and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is characterized by a complex and elegant bouquet of dark berries and the aroma of dark chocolate. A perfect accompaniment to red meat, (long) aged cheese, pasta sauces and Mediterranean dishes. With a long finish. Open the bottle half an hour before serving.
