Wine Production: The wine was aged for 15 months in new American and French oak barrels. Tasting Notes: The Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark purple wine that is full of forest fruits and eucalyptus character, combined with elaborate vanilla notes, chocolate and tobacco. The depth of color and versatile aroma indicate the quality of the wine and how it will develop in the bottle. This wine sits long on the palate and is gentle and deeply satisfying. A first-class wine that can be enjoyed on any occasion.
Serving suggestion: This wine is particularly suitable for heavier meals, such as roasted beef, leg of lamb or lamb chops.
