The wine is produced under strict controlled conditions from top-quality Pinotage grapes from the Tel-Tzapit Vineyards of the winery, at the foot of the Judaean Mountains. The wine ages in casks for one year, most of which are made from American oak. The Barkan team of winemakers who are responsible for producing the wine are proud of this unique wine, which truly reflects the ripe and brown fruit that emphasizes this special type of grape seed, with its variety of spices and smoked characteristics.
