Aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels, this Shiraz has intense aromas of raspberry and black pepper, vanilla and nutmeg. The full body radiates harmony and structure. Very nice, long aftertaste. The Shiraz goes particularly well with roasts. This wine can be drunk young, completing its maturation in the bottle over the next few years.
