This is a semi-dry white wine made from Muscat grapes from vineyards in the Judean Plains and the southern Lachish region, together with Canelli Muscat grapes from vineyards in the Lower Galilee and Gilboa. The fine grape quality and production method combine to create a refreshing, aromatic and tropical white wine, with a subtle sweetness. The Muscat of Alexandria grape variety is one of the oldest commercialized vine varieties known to wine growers. It thrives in hot, dry climates where it reaches optimal aromatic ripening and is relatively resistant to heat waves and dehydration.
