Zohar is a unique blend made from four white varities: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, French Colombard and Roussanne. Sauvignon Blanc contributes its fruitiness and tropical aroma, the Chardonnay adds a great mouth feel, the French Colombard balances the acidity while the Roussanne brings a gentle herbal aroma with notes of pear and honey.
