This beautifully seamless wine is 100% Chardonnay grapes from Kerem Ben Zimra, a small and meticulously nurtured vineyard, yielding 600 kilograms per dunam. The vine-grower, dedicated to the sanctity of the vineyard, merges terroir with advanced agro technology and a strict water regimen.
This Chardonnay opens with a complex and powerful perfume, bursting with fragrant pineapple with touch of apple and pear. Rich tropical fruit flavours, gently wrapped in vanilla with a hint of marzipan and a fresh, quality, French brioche. Bright and crisp, with staggering length, result in a sublime Chardonnay to be enjoyed over many years.
